We are excited to announce that Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) has created a new online Resident Portal for Annual Recertifications!

The Resident Portal will allow you and your family to complete, sign, and submit your Annual Recertification electronically using a computer, smartphone or tablet.

To register please have your tenant code (t-code), social security number, and email address available to input.

Once you register and at the time your Annual Recertification is due, you will be notified by email and text message to login to the Resident Portal to complete the Annual Recertification process. SHRA is committed to providing you with excellent customer service and this portal will
help us to serve you quickly and efficiently. Your assigned caseworker will be available to you every step of the way, should you need assistance.
