As funds are available, SHRA releases NOFAs to solicit applications for CDBG funded public improvement projects within the City and County of Sacramento. Funding requests can range between $5,000 and $100,000 and must be for specific eligible activities which include the improvement, construction, rehabilitation, reconstruction or installation of public facilities. Acquisition of real property may also be eligible. The project must benefit low- and moderate-income persons. Eligible applicants can be either public agencies or non-profit organizations.
