City-County Affordable Housing Plan
The City-County Affordable Housing Plan (AHP), which is a requirement of the 2022 City and County Homeless Partnership Agreement, is a five-year document that is used as a guide to address and coordinate activities related to the production of permanent supportive housing and rehousing amongst the City of Sacramento, County of Sacramento, the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA), and Sacramento Steps Forward (SSF).
The AHP was approved by the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors and the Sacramento City Council on October 24th 2023.
