SHRA works with non-profit and private partners to help build or rehabilitate developments that include both affordable and market-rate housing. We own and manage several thousand rental units for people with limited income--many of whom are seniors or disabled. We also provide rental assistance to more than 11,000 families with low or limited incomes which enables them to choose their own housing in the private housing market. We support programs and resources that provide temporary and permanent housing for people at risk or experiencing homeless.
